The Programme

The programme runs over four months, giving you the time and space to explore your leadership in depth and apply what you learn in real situations.

Leading Self

Typically, by the end of month one-two, clients are experiencing:

  • Greater clarity about themselves as a leader — their strengths, patterns, triggers, and blind spots.

  • A stronger sense of confidence in their own leadership identity, rather than trying to lead how they think they should.

  • The ability to step out of reactive mode and think more calmly and strategically about challenges.

  • Increased awareness of how their thinking, emotions, and behaviours influence their team and decisions.

  • A clear understanding of the key leadership challenges they want to change or improve over the next three months.

 

This stage builds the self awareness and inner clarity that strong leadership starts with.

Typically, by the end of month two-three, clients are experiencing:

How the Programme Works

The programme runs over four months and includes:

  • Eight Fortnightly One-to-One coaching sessions

  • Structured reflection between sessions

  • Practical leadership frameworks and thinking tools

  • A confidential space to explore real leadership challenges

  • Support between sessions 

 

Sessions are typically held every two weeks, giving you time to reflect, apply what we discuss, and bring real situations back into the conversation.

 

Sessions take place online (or in person where possible).
